Blacked out sims

I saved my game last night and it was completely fine. I went onto the main menu and they were completely blacked out. Two adults, 2 cats and a horse. A horse and 2 infants were completely fine. Since then I’ve done a hard reset of my Xbox, tried the sims on a different save. Nothings worked. I’ve tried to take off all their tattoos, customised using business and hobbies but I cannot see if they’re removed and if it did remove them, it hasn’t worked. They’re now completely blacked out on the save file picture and in my library. This is after the July 2025 Update
