Bought a pack for SIMS 4 at Instant Gaming but it doesn’t show up on my PS5?
Is it possible to purchase a pack not in store on the PS or in store on Sims it self. I purchased from an website where you can buy and redeem codes, I did that whilst I was logged in by EA (with my PS account)

It sounds like you may have purchased a PC code instead of PlayStation- since this was done through a third-parry seller, you'll need to contact the retailer directly to have them check on this purchase and be sure you've bought it for the correct platform.
