Buy 1 get 1 sale not working on Series X

Whenever I choose the expansion packs I want for the sale, the "buy now" button is still greyed out and won't allow me to buy. All of the expansions are same price, so I know that isn't the problem. Is anyone else having this issue? And how do I resolve?
