Can’t Download Packs On PS5

so i can’t download any packs on my ps5. my girlfriend has a ps4 and has a lot of packs so i decided to sign into her account on my ps5 so i can play with them too. the problem is that only certain packs show and i’m missing a few despite when i go to manage game content and only shows certain ones as installed. i’ve tried restoring my license as well and going to transaction history. i’m not sure what else to do so any help works!

    Hi there,

    I've been having a similar problem, I have my friends account on my ps5 who bought bought most of the packs yet i can only play them on her account.

    I have had trouble with the game for a while,  keeps coming up with arrears,  freezing up or kicking my out,  now I keep getting this message up can you help, I have tried everything,

    @__emma__fox__w You might of already seen or tried, but have you gone into the restore licenses for the Sims 4? On the new console?

    @mummabear1969Have you also tried to restore licenses? The only thing I can think of that might help with this

    Also, possibly do you have enough space, maybe if it's low on storage it might not be able to fully load your saves?

    It’s Nov 17th 2024 I’m having the same problem 

    I have PS5 and bought the new PS5 Pro and some packs are

    not installing, The life and death pack says it’s installed under manage game content but when you select sim4 and go down and look for the pack it shows the price and not installed….. so confusing. Help ! Im not paying again
