Can’t use gallery - content was created with newer game version error

Been trying to build some houses for my Newcrest world I just don’t like building. Every time I find something nice to download into my game it says I don’t have the lastest sims version when I do ;(. I’ve checked for updates pressed on restore licenses reopening and closing my game and restarting my PlayStation with still none of it working, please help!

    Hi all,

    Patch 2.13 is now available for Xbox and PlayStation.

    You should now be able to access all items in the Gallery again, please be sure your game is fully updated and let me know if you continue to have any issues.

    If you're running into a Connection Is Required error message, please check that your gamertag or PSN ID is linked up to your EA account. From the main menu of The Sims, you can head to Game Options-> Other-> Link EA Account.

    When I go to gallery mode, it's saying that I can't download lots because I don't have the latest update for the PS5 version. I checked and everything says up-to-date. Any help please?

    The latest update for console Wii be released this week. Please scroll down for a message from the Sims Direct.

    at anytime when you click on gallery and see something you want to save or download to your game a message at the bottom pops up reading that the game need to be updated to the latest version and have to restart the game, and when you go and check for new updates for the game it pops up saying the game is at its latest version therefore gallery is broke. Please fix for console players!
