I am trying to use a few of the lots from the gallery and they all say the same thing when I try to place them. I checked and my game was updated already, so I’m not sure what to do.

Update 2.31 has now been released for Xbox and PlayStation- please be sure your game is updated, and you'll have full access to the Gallery again.
Before the ps4 had done this newer update sims 4 have not been allowing to download really anything on sims gallery saying it need update but there is no update so why did they didnt update before ps4 had there update just saying
Hello Simmers hope you all are having a wonderful day. I have recently upgraded my console to a PS5 Pro and I’ve been having trouble downloading James Turner’s household lots that he’s refreshed onto my console. Well, today an error message popped up saying that I couldn’t download from the gallery cause the lot was made with a newer version and I need to restart my game to update but I have the updated version 😩😤 can I please have some help. #gallery#update
After the latest update when I go to download content from the gallery, I have some that I cannot download and it tells me because I don’t have the latest updated version and all my stuff is automatically uploaded. I don’t understand what they’re talking about so I can’t download.
I didn't know where else to ask this and couldn't find it. When does console players get their next, big update? I keep hearing April 16 yet not seeing that on the EA main page.
