can’t connect to gallery on PS4

i have tried for weeks to access gallery on ps4, my internet is working because i’m able to load other things outside of sims, i’ve went into game options and tried to link my EA account and restart game multiple times with no luck. whenever i do see the gallery option pop up after trying to link and restart game multiple times, it asks me to connect and i get stuck in a never ending “attempting to connect” i’ve spent a lot of time and money on this game and it’s frustrating i cannot get the gallery to load.

Let's try the following steps as well:

Make sure your game is up to date.

    • Go to the PlayStation home screen.
    • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
    • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
    • Restart the Console completely.

Make sure your Console system software is up to date

    • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
    • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
    • Reboot your PlayStation 4.

Check that your game has online features enabled.

    • Press the Options/Menu Button on the controller to bring up the menu.
    • Scroll down to Game Options and select it.
    • Select Other at the bottom on the left
    • On the right side select "Online Features Access"
    • Click Apply

    Hey there @lexilennox

First, let's verify that your PSN ID is properly linked to your EA account. To check this, please look over the Connections section on your EA account and verify that the correct PSN ID is showing as linked there.

After you've checked that you're properly linked, please try the following:
