Can not enter cheats

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? last update 10/1/2024
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? base game, holiday, petsstuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? on ps4 press all corner buttons
What happens when the bug occurs? type testingcheats
What do you expect to see? testingcheats on
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @ssutler1   Hi!  Just to clarify, the code to enable cheats is testingcheats on or testingcheats true.  The video you shared is really small in my view (AHQ is terrible for video) so I'm not sure what you're typing in there.  Please verify that you're typing in one of those two codes, then come back and update if it's working or not.

    EDIT:  I tried zooming the page to 500% and, though it's still a bit too small and blurry, it looks like you might be only entering testingcheats (without the on or true).  I tried entering just testingcheats and it actually disabled cheats in my game.
