can not rotate camera

I can not rotate the camera using two fingers. I don't know if it's because I updated the game, but my friend has the same problem. This happened to me one before and I just left it idle for a couple of minutes and it fixed itself. This time, it's not fixing itself and I have tried to do the live chat with someone but I have been waiting for over 10 minutes now and I am not getting anything. I then tried to make a new case and it said that nobody was available. I need help cause it's really bothering me. I can use "L" and " ' " to rotate the camera but I prefer the other way.  If there is a way to fix it, please let me know. Thanks!
