Hi all, i’m not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I have purchased the island living pack on The Sims 4 for playstation 4, but for some reason in the actual game it says i own the pack but then to download it it doesn’t show up in the playstation store. Not sure why but when i go onto the playstation store it doesn’t give me the download button but gives me a button to purchase it again although i already own it can anyone help would really appreciate it.

You know how they have packs on sale, and SOME TIMES if you catch them at jussssstttt the right time they may actually have a free pack?? yea. that was ‘Island Living’ for me. When i first downloaded it- it worked perfectly. about a couple weeks in, it was completely unavailable. when i go to it, it says “You Already Own This Pack.” but it’s not available IN game.
I’ve done everything. Updated the license agreement. Deleted the game, redownloaded it. Check the ‘Manage packs’ section. it’s not allowing me to download it. Nothing is working.
If you are able to walk me through this that’ll be very helpful. If not, please direct me to someone with EA that can help. (Not the Bot.)

So I'm logging into The Sims 4, and everything seems fine, but I can't access one of my families because it appears that my Island Living pack has been removed. In the game, it says that I own the pack but need to download it. However, on PlayStation, it's asking me to purchase it again.
it seems a few of us are having the same issue regarding the Island Living expansion pack. If you find any solutions please let us know what worked for you.
Island living was removed from PS plus so you can't play it if you never paid for it. If you don't see an option to buy try the web store or mobile app.
