Can only save through Manage Worlds

Question

For the past few months I haven't been able to save during play (Menu-&gt;Save) but the game would save if I exit to Main Menu then Save. More recently, that option is no longer available and I have to go to Manage Worlds then click Save. I reviewed other posts in the forum including the known bugs listed in the link above but still experiencing the same issue. I've cleared my gallery, deleted all saved games, and the Sims inventory is empty. We've recently upgraded to Xbox Series X and have 33% internal storage left and 33% of external storage left.

I receive Error Code 0 when trying to save in-game. When exiting to the main menu and saving I don’t but it still doesn’t save. Now it seems when I try saving by going to Manage Worlds it sometimes saves but I receive no message.&nbsp;
