can't create new saves

I'm really hoping someone is able to help me, or the right person sees this and fixes it. Ever since the new enchanted by nature pack was available for download I have not been able to create new saves.. this is incredibly frustrating for a number of reasons but there's also no way for me to duplicate a save and override it. Just the option to override only. A smaller, but still prevalent grievance, I'm also unable to save anything under the "game options" category, like panning the cameras. PLEASE HELP I can't figure out how to talk to a REAL EA employee :(
