i'm so confused why there's so many glitches

i play on my play 5 and every since the update of moola, my sims been glitching first it was in catalogue i couldn't zoom in or out, i couldn't turn them around,i can do that now, but now there's another glitch literally right after that one was fixed which is tats i can't upload the tats to my sims i cant add a house i already built that is saved to the world because it will glitch in catalogue and wont give me the option to cancel and its not my wifi it fully crashes into a "loading" but it wont finish loading. this is really annoying makes me not want to play i dont understand why theres so many glitches. i tried to delete and reinstall still took me hours and it still has the same annoying glitches bruh fix this shi
