I just recently bought B&H and have been stuck on a loading screen for at least an hour and I have tried just about everything including resetting my Xbox One S, reinstalling the game and all of its dlc, updating the dlc, shutting down the Xbox, etc. In case you wondering, it's the blue loading screen right before the home screen.

I've been having that issue for month sadly...what works for my is playing offline at least. And sometimes I will start the game offline and once I get to the main menu I reconnect to the net again and wait for the pop up asking for a restart, sometimes that will crash the game and sometimes it will actually restart online properly.
