CAS & Tattoos after big update

I’m having a big problem in CAS where I cannot click on the things I want my Sim to wear the cursor does not show up in CAS it completely lags you have to go to the absolute last thing in the category for it to work and then before the big update, I could not apply any tattoos to any of my Sims via gallery it would crash my games where I would have a endless frozen screen to where I have to force close my game and start completely over and now since the big update that has not been resolved, I still cannot apply any tattoos from the gallery.
