Is this happening in any other area of the game, like if you try to travel, exit Build/Buy mode, or save your game as well?
@EA_Solaire @It works fine for other families in the same save and with travelling. One this I’ve just noticed is my game has done an auto save in like 3 weeks and I still get error 0 when trying to save over a current save file… how do I fix these?

How long have you been seeing Error Code 0 when you ty to save?
@EA_Solaire Hi there, about 3-4 weeks. I did a few trouble shooting tips from EA Support via twitter and nothing has worked. I've also report this and going by Sims Facebook community pages this is a wider issues as others are having it too. I know it was fixed a while ago but it's now happening again.

Error code 0 should have been fixed some time ago, if this error is popping up again for you, that's something we'll want to look into. Can you make a separate thread for this issue on the Bug Reports section here please?
As for your game freezing on the loading screen, let's run through the steps here to see if that sorts the issue for you.
