Hey all,

Today's patch addressed many of the concerns reported in this thread, I'll be closing this thread now and creating a new thread to provide feedback here. Please do continue to provide feedback so that we can continue to make the improvements that you want to see.

Thank you all for taking the time to provide us with your passionate feedback, and for helping us make The Sims the best it can be on all platforms.

Ok UPDATE for me,,, this is my second post! WHAT IS GOING ON EA!!! Soooo many of us are upset about the change in the controls on the console and the fact we are crashing so many times in one game play!! WHY???? are you not updating us on this!!! your last post was back on page 4

There has been 23 pages since then and you have NOT SAID ONE WORD!! everyone is crying out for help on this matter!!

I think I speak for most if not a good 99% of us that use consoles that want you to change it back!! you have not only messed up our controls that we are all used too but you have also added bugs now that make us crash every game play!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!

We all pay our own hard cash for the game you provide for us! We fall in love with your game and pay more of our own cash for your expand packs, to just have YOU change the controls that WE ARE NOT USED TOO and makes bugs that creates crashes,

We deal with the fact we ALL PAY FOR A GAME that has items that do not work,

1.The child's highchair still not being able to be cleaned.

2. The restaurant taking age for chefs to start cooking the meal you lose a whole evening just waiting for you food.

3. Sims not being able to empty their bladder when there out.

4. The washing machine just deciding to no longer work and having to buy new ones after you have spent time upgrading them.

5. The fireworks no longer work I can only seem to get the sparklers to work other ones just do nothing when you light them.

This to name but ONLY A FEW!

NOw you come out with a brand new expand pack that YOU KNOW everyone will want to buy but you will not FIX or evern address the issues we are having right now as console players

PLEASE I URGE YOU FIX THIS! MAKE IT OP IF YOU GIVE US THE CHOICE TO PICK WHAT CONTROLS WE WANT TO USE BUT PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE US WITH NOTHING AND MAKE US CONSOLE SIM LOVERS WAIT IN THIS MESS WE ARE IN!!!!!

WE LOVE YOUR GAME PLEASE HELP US!!
