Constant crashes, Menu won’t go away

Really frustrating but my game keeps crashing. Saving the game? Crash. Going into the build menu? Crash. Traveling? Crash. I save my game a lot but it’s really frustrating that I can’t count on the game actually working when I want to play. 

there is  also a tutorial menu that bounces around screen constantly and won’t go away.
