crashing after placing big lots and using the royalty and legacy pack on xbox

hi so i bought the new expansion pack when it came out and ive been really excited to play it! since buying it i seem to be running into crashing after doing certain things. I placed a lot that was made by a sims user from the gallery. Later while i was playing it crashed. I believe I was trying to save the game when it happened.

A few days later I deleted the save added those same sims in a different world and a new house. Still a big lot just different world. I was trying to host a royal ball but when i was planning it the game crashed. 

I am not sure if this is an issue with my xbox because my game will crash sometimes. but it might be something with the pack...

PLEASE HELP ME🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
