Constantly getting error code 0 and save files deleting

This happened to me tonight I kept getting the error code 0. I did as suggested and cleared my cache I re opened the game after and a whole save slot was missing I had several families full live tied to that save slot and it’s all gone! Wtf is happening?! Can I get it back? Hours if not days worth of gameplay gone!

@anyamyxx Your not getting it back I lost 3 save files i only got 2 left I’m honestly afraid to play the game never had this problem until the last update
