Crashing SIMS 4 on PS5
Hi Sims Team ! Recently when I played Sims 4 on my PS5, about 30 or less minutes it crashed. So I saved it and restarted the game. But today I played for 5 minutes and the game froze and don’t even permitted me to save my gameplay. All thatI ws able to do was to close the game but when I restarted it, it gave me the home page like I never played before. All my saved gameplay was disappeared, I lost my 1000 hours of game and I wasn’t find a way to recover it. Can you help me ?

If your saves were removed, it sounds like that save file became corrupt. If the save file is corrupted, I'm afraid there isn't a way to restore that previous save, and you'd need to continue on the new save file instead.
