Deck the Palms event missing in-game

I'd like to report I think ive a bug on my event rewards page. Ive logged in everyday but the rewards are still locked ive reinstalled the game and nothing has changed

i’m on xbox with this issue too, but the last thing it’s letting me claim is the spaceship magnet. i’m bummed because i wanted the library and the ticket machine at least.
