DLC Packs Disappeared

I went onto the game 1 week after I had bought two expansion packs within the game and they had disappeared both cars and dogs and go to work they didn’t work and I didn’t have the packs anymore. Why is this? How can I get them back?

@Fifidaboss2008 A few things will cause DLC packs to disappear:

1. Being offline without your console set as home/primary.
2. The purchasing account is no longer on the console or the console is no longer the purchasing accounts home/primary console.
3. A payment issue.
