Sims 4 says DLC not installedDLC on xbox storage shows as installed.I'm having an issue where I can't play or use the items from the Enchanted by Nature pack. Despite having the DLC installed, Sims 4 says it isn't. I've reset and restarted my consoled, I've also uninstalled everything and reinstalled it twice. I've cleared my local cache and storage.

I was playing with the expansion pack just fine up until just a moment ago when I decided to adjust my screen size settings in the game. Then it randomly crashed and now won't start up. So then I decide to use the "repair" option in the EA app and now it's giving me this error saying I don't even own it??? Uh, I just checked my credit card statement and I definitely got charged $39.99 and I WAS JUST PLAYING IT! What you mean it's not there???? I sent an email to EA help and hoping they can fix this issue. But I can't even INSTALL IT because it says I don't even own it! HELP!

I had real problems with this on Xbox Series X. It showed as installed but kept making me restart to play, but it still wouldn't show up. So I had to actually powercycle my Xbox and start again. Then it finally showed up. Hope this helps if any Xbox players are having the same problem.

Same for me on PC. It says not installed or released. Is this an error? I waited until 1:00 PM, and now it's after.

Just logged in, same issue. Im scared to uninstall and re download cause people say it disappears. This is kind of insane, none of the other recent expansions I got had this issue. Hopefully it stops happening soon for everyone.
