Error code 0 in Sims4 One

I’ve been playing for quite a while, but have never encountered this issue before. Auto save is completely not working and any progress in gameplay can not be saved. It doesn’t matter if it’s an existing saved game or not. Any one else experiencing this error code? Any advice?
