Three of my extension packs have disappeared on my Sims 4 PS4. Vintage glamour, City Living and Vampires have all vanished. I have another eight extension packs that are still available. The ones that have vanished are some of the first extension packs I bought, so don't know if they expire? Has anyone else had this problem and found a way of getting them back without having to repurchase them? Thanks

If you purchased the packs using EA Access and your subscription has expired, you need to renew your subscription.
If the account that purchased the packs is no longer on your console, or the console is no longer primary, you won't have access to the packs.

The account that I purchased them on is no longer primary, but I have made it primary again and the packs are still not showing. Does this mean that they are gone for good? My other extensions are still available even though they were also purchased on the same account that I have just remade primary.
