hello friends!
I have a problem with the latest DLC. I'm on PS5, playing the PS4 version on Sims 4.
I pre-ordered Cottage Living, downloaded it this morning, but nothing is available in game. When I check on "Packs" in the main menu, at Cottage Living it says "download to use". But when I check my console storage I see it's downloaded already.
I power-cycled my console, I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, I restored licenses. Sadly, none of these have worked ☹️
I pre ordered the pack and when I go to it it says I have already bought this but it says download it to use and I cant find. How to download this it happened yesterday and still happening today anyone else having this problem still.. my console is PS4

I find this insane seemly how we preorder the pack so we can play it and here it is past the release date and people can't even play the new add on.. makes no sense to me what so ever ... Does anyone know if they are fixing the issue?

Restarted my console ,still nothing lol. I also tried going to my add ons on PS4 store it is saying unavailable, went to my console storage went to add ons for the sims and it’s not even there!? Hahahaha and I bought it hahaha I have the email lol!😤
That's so frustrating smh.. They have to get on this issue ASAP!
I tried that and also uninstalled the Sims completely and reinstalled it and still saying I need to download it
Hey I got it to download. I went to add ons and from there it lets you click the arrow to download.
