High school years was purchased and installed 7/28/2022 and then played with on PS4 for weeks and suddenly we can’t get into any save file without a pop up about them being corrupted and we also don’t have access to the pack. Pack straight up uninstalled and corrupted every file that used it. Included is just a picture of HSY being installed and now it saying we do not own it. Wtf. Pls help, I just wanna play the game lol this blows. Thank you 🙏
@dropbear987 Please make sure your console is set to primary/home or you may need to reset the primary/home status of your console, or that whatever account purchased the packs is on your console and set to home/primary on your system.
