    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

This has been going on for weeks now where I'm only getting 10 minutes of game play time with my Sims.

I can spend all day building houses but the moment I want to play with my Sims. I get 10 minutes if that then ths full games crashes. I have bought all expansion packs and can't get full benefit out of any of them because the game keeps crashing. 

The game seems to crash when I go to save, when I travel with my Sims or when I come out of build mode while in game play. 

I have tried clearing cache on my xbox, tried deleting all other games I own, tried un installing and re installing the game and all expansion packs. My xbox software is up to date and there is no updates for the game!

Getting fed up of it now. No enjoyment in it at all!

Please help!!!

@WeeWitch4241 This has been happening to me too for like a month now, we fully reset the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and packs, and it still shuts off every time I try to save. I don't know what to do!!!

    @sahmoistout I'm fed up of it. Try to save because you know it will crash and it crashes while trying to save. Fed up! Spend a fortune on the packs and you don't even get the full experience.
