Wow, I am so happy to have found this thread and seen that I am not the only person experiencing these crashes! I’ve been pretty depressed for the past couple of days because this is literally the only game I play on the PS4 because it’s so calming and It relaxes me as I suffer from anxiety & PTSD.
I’ve been doing everything I can on my end to go through the troubleshooting steps to see if it’d anything worked. I even went as far to go into the PS4 “rebuild database” option to see if I’d helped. And the most I had was at least a half hour into game play before the blue screen with the error occurred again.
This is so disheartening please resolve it. On top of the usual reported audio going out I’ve noticed today(after being allowed to play for 20 mins with the recommended setting of turning off all audio this time) that’s there weird flashing occurring of my indoor lights and well as lags or bugs whatever you wanna call them that cause to move my Sims across the map or weirdly teleport them somewhere completely random in my house. Sometimes they’ve even stopped obeying commands or even dismissed commands altogether. Once a massive lag happens where the whole game skips that usually is a indictor to me that the game will completely close out any minute. I’ve done the steps to report and sent in clips of the videos 5 times already and like I’ve said I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps every you tuber or Sony themselves are recommending me and nothing is working. I’ve lost hope after today and reading all the similarities others are having too.
I have 6 of the packs and I just bought the University one a few days before this patch update and I’m so disappointed. You guys really need to get on top of issues there are a lot of fans like myself that have spent a lot on the expansion packs. 😠
