I do the things to unlock the reward. I got a notification saying “ you’ve earned enough event points to claim a reward go to the event you want to claim it” I click go to UI and it’s not working . The UI won’t even show up.
Hi, have you tried opening the event Ui via its icon up in the top left corner in live mode rather than through the notification panel? I couldn't get it to work through the notifications either but clicking the icon opened the UI and got it to load 🙂
When I hover over the UI icon in the top layer, it says, “please wait and try again as the gnomes try to fix the failure” this is new so I guess they may be trying to fix it
