Frozen but responding ps4 sims 4

My game is frozen and I’m stuck in create a Sim mode and it’s not responding to any buttons I hit but it’s responding to zooming in and rotating my character I use remote play for PS4 sometimes when my controller isn’t working or when it is dead and now it is stuck in the controller disconnected and it’s not letting me hit OK the controller and the game or not responding so what do I do the game has been running for more than 72 hours that is three days I never turn off my PlayStation and I always leave the game running add a bad habit and I don’t know how to unfreeze it I am waiting for it to fix itself hopefully it will respond  but I’m not gonna shut it down because I don’t have any current auto saves not that I know of in create a sim mode because I know that the game does not auto save in create a sim mode I put the PlayStation in the sleep mode and no difference was made are used remote play no difference is made other than getting it stuck in controller disconnected in its response but the game is still running my Sim still talks still moves but I cannot turn him now or zoom in and out because now I’m in controller disconnected and unable to hit OK it got frozen when I exited shirts to go into pants and it won’t even let me select the whole side panel option disappeared it says I am in shirts still but there is no menu panel display any of the garments it’s just nothing there I have cheat mode activated but cheat mode has never interfered with anything before this issue happened on Sunday, June 12 7:55 PM 2022 right after 24 May 2022 update so will it eventually unfreeze or do I just restart it I have no problem with doing the restart it’s just I have to redo all these outfits again which I’m not looking forward for another 73 hours on the game again redoing the same thing
