Gallery Crash

Hey everyone,

Since last week my Sims 4 crashes whenever I open the gallery. This happens every time I open it. I play on the ps4 with no cc, mods or anything like that installed. The error code is: (CE-34878-0.) I tried to reinstall the game but with no succes in fixing the problem. Can anyone help me with this issue or is anyone else having trouble with the same problem? Maybe its the latest update. Thanks for answering in advance.

    @MistyRaya Is your game fully up to date?

    Can you try deleting the userdata file from your saves folder to see if that helps?

    @PoptartJuniper Hello thanks for responding. My game is fully up to date. And im sorry but I do not understand what you mean with the last question. What does that do and how do I do it? It wont delete my game files right? These technical things are a bit difficult to me. Thanks again for your help.

    @MistyRaya From the dashboard go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage. Select the Sims 4. A list of all your save games will appear. In that list will be a file called userdata, simply select that one file > options > delete

    @PoptartJuniper Thanks for the help, I followed your steps and deleted the savedata but it does not solve the gallery crash. Do you have any other suggestions?
