Game constantly “takes too long to start”

Not sure if it has been since the last update, but my game has actually started up maybe twice out of like 20 times in the past week. Just says it’s “taking too long to start.” Just today I’ve restarted my Xbox, hard reset, un- & reinstalled the game and all of its DLC. My Game Pass is up to date, so I can’t figure out what’s going on. Please advise.
