If you crash when exiting the CAS/Build Mode/Travel and/or receiving error code CE-34878-0, Please see the following links and post there XB1 / PS4
If you aren't seeing an error code, there probably isn't one for your issue.
You can delete your autosave from in game when you open the save menu.
Please take the time to read through these posts.

However the link you have provided only takes me to a list of forms I've already reported this issue several times. Have constantly tried the troubleshooting methods that have been supplied. Only for the issue to continue.
This clearly needs escalating further as from the amount of users that are experiencing this issue are no longer able to play the game to its full potential.
This is going to make ea loose custom as they are not resolving an issue that has been effecting alot of users.
We need a resolution ASAP as it's just not acceptable how we are pushed to the side but ea are happily working on making surveys for the next content packs and releasing new packs.
The game is unfit for purpose as its unplayable.
The fact where players are required to delete there progress is unacceptable too.
Please help us simmers get our game back! There's only so long people can be patient for before they loose interest completely.. Which is where I'm at I'm hoping that more is done so I don't feel violated by ea by spending so much and not being able to use the content. If I wanted to donate to a charity cause I would have done but this is a corporation that provides goods for the purpose of entertainment. The only entertainment is the joke of a process they have when there users need actual help! - PoptartJuniper6 years agoHero (Retired)@helenajade863 Yes I understand your frustration. The links I have provided and the troubleshooting threads are current, and EA is aware of them. Please continue to use them, and if you are a PS4 player, providing your saves is the best thing you can do to help in those ongoing issue threads.
- 6 years ago@PoptartJuniper I appreciate that however the information on the links is obsolete to myself and potentially more users as the issue is still there after the update. I can't see any relevant forms in order to raise this issue further and I'm my console is xbox so I don't think I'm able to provide saves.
- 6 years ago@PoptartJuniper No, because there's no bug report number to refer you or anyone else to. It's not giving any warning! Just crashing and then popping back up to the home screen!

Not every issue has an error code to post. Please, read the post and follow the links and utilize those threads for your issue.

I haven't experienced a sound issue it's a crashing loading and travelling issue 😕

Im an xbox console player as well and im fed up with the constant crashing. I payed full price for this eco expansion and for what? Frustration??? I will never preorder another sims game. There are no error codes just goes black and goes to xbox home page. All the "threads" dont pertain to us and we need this addressed quickly before EA losses their console market.

@CHUCKYBEAR2017 The threads linked in the first post are for everyone, including console. I understand you are frustrated, but the only way to get this addressed faster is to have more reports in the bug forum. Please open a report on the bug forum for your issue if the ones in the link do not match what you are seeing.

Hi! Just wanted to throw in that I’m on xbox and am experiencing the same thing with the crashing, as well as the audio issues. Though I loaded my save in the same world just fine so far, just NOT the auto save. I think the auto save might be where an issue is. Lost a little bit of progress but as long as I don’t lose the whole save.

@serenthesiren Please read the first post in this thread and follow the links for crashing or error codes, and then post either in bug reports or the appropriate threads. Or make a new bug report on the bug forums. The directions are in the first post. This post is just for information and not to collect any errors.
