Game not loading since update 25/2/25

Hi my game won’t load at all since yesterday’s update. During my gameplay following the update last night, my game became super laggy and buggy (UI completely disappeared, manage worlds screen completely black with text descriptions for world appearing but unable to click anything amongst other things). I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and now the game won’t load at all. 

I was able to load to the Home Screen once this morning, and my save stated the wrong amount of simoleons (0) and when I tried to load it it got stuck on a load screen. Since that point I’ve been unable to load to the home screen on launching the game. 

I’m not even sure this is the forum to flag issues but something needs fixing.
