Thanks for your response! Unfortunately, this is starting to look like an Xbox problem, not just a Sims problem. I took a few days to see if anything would change (after uninstalling and reinstalling all my sims content) and it continued to show no saved data until I restarted the console. I just looked through a few more of the games on my Xbox and it looks like the same thing is happening to them. I’ll keep looking for a more permanent fix but right now, it seems like restarting the console after turning it on is the only way around this.
