Get to Work pack bug
Ive been playing the sims for years and about 2 years ago i purchased the Get To Work pack, i do not remember through what means i bought it (ie. Through xbox store, steam, 3rd party)...

For Xbox content, you'll need to contact them. They're always on hand to help and there's a Live Chat link on that page. You mentioned Steam in your post but Steam is for PC and since Xbox content is a different product it's not transferable. If it's Xbox content having problems on an Xbox though, Xbox support will be able to assist you. Good luck.
