Getting my expansion packs back

So I made a new X-Box account because my dad forgot the password to my old account. On my old account I purchased the sims 4 university pack, cats and dogs and several other expansion and stuff packs. I signed into my new account on the sims 4 with the same sims 4 account I had on my old account so I could have my purchased packs. Now I only have the sims I made with my old account and packs along with my new sims which are all located in my library. Is it a way I could get my packs back or will I have to start ALL the way over.

Hey there @cupixlly

For Xbox, your purchased packs are tied with the Xbox account that originally bought them- they won't transfer over to a new Xbox account. In order to access your packs again, you'd need to regain access to that original Xbox account.

I'd recommend reaching out to Xbox support so they can help you get logged back into that original Xbox account.

im logging into EA again totally on the same device and i log in and it said i need to buy the pack again after i had purchased it.

@botzzz71nxdp Hi there if it's asking you to buy the content again are you in the right account? It's tied to the account and not the device. If so then see the link to Xbox Support on post #2.
