Having Packs dissapear and in game purchases lost

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Dogs and cats, Perfect Patio Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff, Get Famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug that is occurring on my console is that when ever I log into my sims4 game my Seasons pack only shows up and none of my other packs that I have bought a while back dont show up
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not see any of my packs I bought appear except for 1 (Seasons)
What do you expect to see? All my packs to be restored and I can use them again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Hello there madam/Sir I would really appreciate if you could help me with this problem I was experiencing this problem for 2 or so more days. I wanted to see if my packs would mabey load back to normal but they haven't. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I have spent quite abit of money and would like to know if you could assist me with this problem.
