Hey there Sarahdegirlo

The disk version of a pack doesn't grant your account digital access, so in order to play again you'd need to either get a new replacement disk, or purchase the pack digitally instead.

Sarahdegirlo Hi there Sarah, this is correct. You would have to purchase the Cats and Dogs pack digitally as previously you obtained it via a physical version of the game. Since you can no longer use that physical version, you would need to purchase the expansion by itself as the expansion pack does not come with the base game for free digitally.
