High School Years unavailable on PS4

Really hope someone can help me, I've waited all day for this!

I pre ordered High School Years, and went to download to my console. It won't let me download, and on ps store it just says unavailable. Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix this?

    Hello @hey_its_dr584,

    Try downloading High School Years using these steps:

    1. Quit the game if you have it running.
    2. Go to your Library.
    3. Choose Purchased.
    4. Select The Sims 4.
    5. Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.
    6. Find High School Years in the list and start the download. 
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

    I'm a console player and pre ordered the game. It's currently 11:40 where I live, which is past the 18:00 bst timeline I was seeing for another post regarding this issue and it's still not letting me download the pack. The payment cleared, I bought the pack, but when I go to download it, it simply says "unavailable"

    I pre-ordered it. It didn’t show up. I check to download it onto my ps4: it says I already own it. I might own the DLC, but it isn’t showing up. It says not available and unable to download it. I have all the packs and kits available.

    Try downloading High School Years using these steps:
