How to link EA account and PS4 account!

If you're playing on PS4, you won't see your purchased packs and games in your order history on your EA account as that only shows purchases made for the EA app on PC only. Instead, you'll need to look at your transaction history on your PlayStation with these steps. 

There's a possibility that your PlayStation account is already linked with your EA account, please first look under the Connections page on your EA account here- if you see your PSN ID listed under connections, that means you're already linked up and good to go! If you do not see your PSN ID listed there, please follow the steps in the link provided by @Gagea25 to get your accounts linked together. 

As for your username that you're seeing on your EA account- Sam4522 is your EA username, this is the username used only for your EA account and will be different than the username you use for your PlayStation account as they are two separate accounts.

If you delete your content from your PlayStation and need help re-downloading anything, you'll need to follow these steps to get your content re-installed:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
