Since you're on PlayStation 4, let's first try checking your Library in the Purchased folder. Once there, check for the game and see if the addons show there. It may be that the DLC is missing a recent update, so the update may need to be manually triggered.
Another thing that can help is to try to restore licenses on the console. If something is registering as owned but not owned, it can help sync that information with PlayStation's servers. You may also want to power-cycle your console afterwards.

@EA_Arrenai Didn’t work but I solved my problem by disabeling my PS4 primary device activation and re-activating it. Thx for the support!
