Island Living Bundle won't install Xbox One

So we bought the Xbox One Sims 4 Island Living Bundle pack, and ONLY Sims 4 installed. It will show the image of the case on the menu screen of the Xbox, but once in game, it doesn't show Island Living Pack as being installed, as it never did.

I assume I should just try to uninstall and reinstall, but at times when I start the game, it acts as tho I've never played and it'll go as far as having to send a code to my email to verify me, AGAIN! 

Also, I'm seeing other people having issues with this exact disc bundle pack either not installing Island Living, or not staying installed.

Also, two times after playing, the gallery never showed, it would only show my Library. It never showed the icons for Gallery nor Profile. Also, at the search bar, only Item Name and Hashtag would show, but not EA Account ID. My Xbox One was connected online just fine both times.

This is my 3rd time playing, also day 3, and only now does the Gallery show up and I can finally see Gallery icon and Profile icon, and EA Account ID shows now.

However it still doesn't have Island Living installed as it should be.

Since I bought this from EA off Amazon, I better get what I paid for EA. I can't get my money back from using the Amazon gift card I got for my bday. And yes, we still have to wait til we can go somewhere to celebrate birthdays, so don't ruin this for me EA.
