Issue involving Sims 4 addons not syncing to laptop or EA

I have been playing Sims 4 on my Xbox for around 3 years. Recently I got it through EA on my laptop. Keep in mind the two accounts are linked, and I know that. I first downloaded it on EA. I went on the Xbox app on the laptop later, and the only thing that downloaded was “The Sims 4 EA Play Edition” With pictures and description of the “Get To Work” addon. Apparently, this same addon was the only one that went to my laptop. My Xbox has every addon, while my laptop only has this one. The other addons I purchased demand me to buy them. Either the rest didn’t sync to my laptop, or something failed. I tried repairing the app on EA too. Any ideas to what caused this, and possibly, the solution?

    As the Xbox Store and EA app store are two different platforms, any purchases or packs you've bought on Xbox would not transfer over to the EA app on PC, even if your gamertag is linked with your EA account.

    Hello @Realfm815,

    As the Xbox Store and EA app store are two different platforms, any purchases or packs you've bought on Xbox would not transfer over to the EA app on PC, even if your gamertag is linked with your EA account.

    @Realfm815 

    Get to Work is available with an active EA Play membership, so it wouldn't have transferred from your Xbox account purchases, but is available for you to play as long as you have an active EA Play membership on your EA account.
