Ive lost all my expansion packs for the sims and i need a way to redeem them

I would like to have all the sims stuff back to my sims on the ps4 I had all the expansion packs and when my system updated and I logged back in it said I have none.

Were you previously game-sharing or were these packs all bought on your account? Please look over the transaction history on your console to be sure you're currently logging in with the same account that these packs were purchased on.

I wasn't gamesharing, I spent the money myself. I can look for the transaction history through my bank account.

You'll want to check the transaction history on your console directly rather than your bank statements to be sure you're currently logging into the same PlayStation account that these packs were originally purchased on.
