If you're seeing this pop up consistently for one or more items from this pack, there are some separate PlayStation troubleshooting steps that may help out.
Please check through this link for some steps to try. In particular, the steps for checking transaction history and restoring licenses would be a good place to start, though there are some additional steps beyond that if you're still running into trouble.
I have already restored the licenses for the ps4 but I still don't have either item, it includes the mask from CAS, both the legacy picture frame and the music box.
