Lots and rooms not saving to my gallery/library

Playing on PlayStation 5. I am doing a 100 baby challenge and making painting by reference paintings of the kids once they become adults. When I only had 10 or so kids the room with the paintings saved. Now that I am around 40 the room will not save. My whole lot will also not save. When I try to save, it says I am saved and asks me if I want to overwrite but then the lot is not in my gallery.
