Missing Already Purchased Expansion Packs on Xbox 1
So I bought most of the packs around three years ago. They've been working fairly normally up until the black friday sale, when all of the packs on sale magically dissapeared from my account. I tried...

If you go to Manage Game and Add-ons is it showing them in your list of packs with a check box next to them to reinstall? If not then you'll need to speak to Xbox Support as the content is purchased from Microsoft. On the attached link, use the Contact Us option to speak directly to them. They are usually really helpful.
